Do you know what is so deeply beautiful about the Christian doctrine of the Trinity? God is love because love is who God eternally is. Before creation, before we ever entered into time and history, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit shared in the fullness of divine life—an eternal communion of self-giving love. The Father has eternally loved the Son, the Son has eternally loved the Father, and the Holy Spirit eternally shares in the perfect communion of their love. This is why love is not simply something God does; love is who God is. As Fleming Rutledge reminds us, the Trinity helps us understand what the New Testament means when it declares, “God is love.” (1 John 4:8, RSV) The good news of the gospel is not simply that God has love for us, but that the God who is love has, through the Son and in the Holy Spirit, welcomed us into the very life and love of the Triune God. “See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God.” - 1 John 3:1 (RSV) So today, whatever you are carrying, remember who God is—and remember whose you are. Grace is not merely something God gives us—it is the very life and love of the Triune God drawing us into communion with Him. Before the foundation of the world, the Father set His love upon us in Christ; the Son entered our brokenness, took on our humanity, died, and rose again to reconcile us to the Father; and the Holy Spirit now dwells within us, bringing us into the fellowship, joy, and transforming presence of the God who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Christian life is not about striving to earn what God has already given in love; rather, it is about awakening to the reality that, in Christ, we have been welcomed into the eternal communion of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. As Jesus prayed: “that they may all be one; even as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be in us…” - John 17:21 (RSV) This is the beautiful mystery of the gospel: the Father has not left us separated from Him, but through the Son and by the Spirit, He has brought us near and welcomed us into the love, joy, and fellowship of His own divine life. So today, rest in the grace of God, for the Father’s love has welcomed you, the Son’s finished work has reconciled you, and the Spirit’s presence now sustains and transforms you as you share in the life and love of the Triune God. “For from him and through him and to him are all things. How We Evaluate Financial Assistance Requests

The Financial Assistance Committee is comprised of faculty, staff, and administrators.  Once an application for financial assistance is received, it is reviewed by the committee.  Based upon available funds earmarked for this purpose, qualified applicants are then offered a reduced tuition rate, submitted to them in writing.  Generally speaking, financial assistance offers are valid for 30 days.

Global Grace Seminary is unable to offer ‘full ride’ scholarships at this time.  Qualified applicants will be provided a reduction in tuition cost.
